1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Day Night Cabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.
2. Booking and Reservations
- Bookings can be made via our website, over the phone, or through WhatsApp.
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of the request.
- You must provide accurate and complete information, including pickup location, destination, contact number, and the number of passengers.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or invalid contact details.
3. Fares and Payment
Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent.
- Estimates vs. Fixed Fares: Most one-way drops are offered at a fixed fare which includes tolls and state taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Round-trip fares are typically calculated on a per-kilometer basis subject to a minimum daily running limit (usually 250 km/day).
- Advance Payment: A nominal advance payment may be required to confirm your outstation booking.
- Waiting Charges: Extra waiting time beyond the complimentary grace period may incur additional hourly charges.
- Night Charges: Journeys extending or starting between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM may attract a standard night allowance for the driver.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may result in a forfeiture of the advance amount to cover driver deployment costs.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must maintain reasonable decorum inside the vehicle.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside the cab is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by the passenger will result in a penalty equivalent to the repair/cleaning cost.
6. Luggage and Lost Items
While we strive to accommodate your luggage based on the vehicle category booked, we request you to pack according to the carrier capacity indicated during booking. Day Night Cabs and its drivers are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Day Night Cabs is not liable for delays, missed flights, or missed trains caused by unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, road closures, extreme weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. In the rare event of a breakdown, we will make every effort to provide an alternate vehicle as quickly as possible.
